What do you specialize in?

Heating, Cooling and Indoor Air Quality service, repair, installation and design.

What are the rates of your services?

They can vary. See our Menu for some basic service rates or call us to schedule a jobsite visit.

What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?

There is a one-year warranty on all parts and labor. If you are a member of The Yeti Comfort Club, labor warranty is doubled. Manufacturer parts warranties may be significantly longer, 20 years or more.

Are you licensed and insured?

We carry a current B and C-20 License from the CSLB. We also carry general liability and worker’s compensation insurance above and beyond what is required by the state.

What brand of equipment do you offer?

Primarily we offer Bryant products, but we also install a variety of other brands including Payne, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Carrier, Day&Night, and Trane.

Can you install equipment I’ve already purchased?

Due to the manufacturer requirements, we are not able to install any equipment that we are not also supplying.

Will my project require a permit?

Yes. All but the most basic of tasks will require a permit from the local Authority Having Jurisdiction. Contact us for more information
