Brandon came out on a service call through my home warranty to get my large home ac unit running. Typically my home warranty sends bottom barrel types. Not this time! Brandon was prompt and courteous on the hottest day of the year so far. (we only called our warranty yesterday!) He let me watch him work so I could learn to troubleshoot it myself, and even did a walk through and advised me on tips to get my system to work more efficiently at no cost. Regardless of warranty or not, I’ll be calling Yeti directly for any HVAC needs in the future. I am very pleased with the service we got.
