Branden came out on a service call through my home warranty to get my large home ac unit running. Typically my home warranty sends bottom barrel types. Not this time! Brandon was prompt and courteous on the hottest day of the year so far. (we only called our warranty yesterday!) He let me watch him work so I could learn to troubleshoot it myself, and even did a walk through and advised me on tips to get my system to work more efficiently at no cost. What do you specialize in?
HVAC. Heating, Ventilation, Air Cooling and Indoor Air Quality preventative maintenance, repair, installation and design.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry a current B and C-20 License #951474 issued by the CA Contractor’s State License Board. We also carry general liability and worker’s compensation insurance above and beyond what is required by the state. You can be confident we have the experience you need and will stand by our work.
What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
There is a one-year warranty on all parts and labor for new installs. If you are a member of The Yeti Comfort Club, we offer two-year warranty on our labor. Manufacturer parts warranties may be significantly longer, 20 years or more for major components like heat exchangers.
What brands of equipment do you offer?
Primarily we offer Bryant products, but we also install a variety of other brands including Daikin, Payne, Carrier, Day&Night, American Standard, and more, customized to your project needs.
What does SEER rating mean?
In simplest terms, SEER refers to Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating. The higher the SEER, the more efficient the equipment runs and the lower your energy costs.
What is your hourly rate?
We don’t charge by the hour, we use flat rate pricing which allows us to give pricing upfront, before work is started and limits surprise costs for our clients.
Can you install equipment I already have or should I purchase equipment from you.
Due to the manufacturer’s requirements, we are not able to install any equipment that we are not also supplying. Purchasing with us gives you peace of mind that you’ll be covered if anything happens on the manufacturer side.
Will my project require a permit.
It depends! No permit is required for repairs but a permit is required for all equipment changes and some ductwork replacements. Contact us for more information
